My Feelings Are My Feelings
By: Phyllis Andrews, LCSW
About the Book
My feelings are my feelings, and there is nothing wrong with that! My Feelings Are My Feelings shows children that it is okay to share their feelings and the importance of understanding their right to feel whatever emotions they may be experiencing. Feelings are neither good nor bad, right nor wrong. Through fun rhymes, children will learn to communicate their emotions in a healthy manner, which opens the door for everyone in the family to be comfortable in having and sharing their feelings.
