As he was growing up, James E. Ryhal loved hearing his father's tales of life in small-town Western Pennsylvania. About the Author

James E. Ryhal is a United Methodist church pastor and former assistant prison chaplain. He grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and now resides in Springfield, Ohio, with his wife, Sonya. He is a member of the YMCA and the Airedale Terrier Club of America. Like his father before him, Ryhal is an avid fisherman. He also enjoys boating and duck hunting on Lake Erie.
