Wild animals may be mean or vicious in the woods, but once they enter the House of Babadoos, they are polite to each other! The House of Babadoos has very strict rules that all club members must follow. Come inside and meet the members, from the tiny mouse to the big bears!

Rita Shryock Porterfield is a longtime resident of Maryland. She is a member of the Patuxent Writers Club and the Officers Wives Bridge Club. Mrs. Porterfield is also a joint author of Silver Ripples, published by the Patuxent Writers. She lives in a retirement home and spends her time writing, playing bridge, visiting with friends and family, and listening to tapes.
