The Herbal Brain

Very informative and easy to read. Dr. Prescott has, in this book, answered a lot of questions in regard to brain fog, memory loss, what foods to eat, and things about western medicine I've always wondered about, and what the global powers are and have been doing to the quality of our air and water for the last 20-something years. After reading this book I am now going in the right direction for better health, and I have some serious questions to ask my physician.
