"This was both a scary and sexy read. I didn't see the surprise twist in the storyline to the very end. I could not put it down. It was witty, sarcastic, at times hilarious, and at others had you holding your breath. It was a very well written novel and reads just like my favorite author, Dean Koontz's books. Incredibly well written." - Deidre Mordarksi, Beta Reader

A serial killer sets up shop in Raleigh, North Carolina and begins a series of sexual killings that catches the attention of media across the nation. Unknown to everyone in the media and law enforcement, this is not the first time he has shown up in a city and gone on a killing spree. He has nearly been caught several times before but somehow managed to elude authorities and leave town.

One reporter, Emiline Severied, is sent to cover the murders because of her knack for getting information and details and because she has covered other serial killers, providing key tips that nearly apprehended more than one murderer. When she suggests in print that this killer should be studied like a Hannibal Lecter, the killer takes offense. He knows her and her reputation: she's nearly caught him before, and he takes advantage of her willingness to use her body to get a story to capture her.

Sent by the FBI to spearhead the efforts to catch this killer is Special Agent Wesley Hazlett, who as a young cop fell in love with a reporter who used him as a source in an article about a serial killer in St. Paul, and it nearly cost him his career. Now he is trying to catch a killer that is killing women for their perceived sins and to rescue the woman he once loved and who has awakened in the custody of a sexual killer, who tells her she will now be writing her stories from her ringside location in his kill house. She learns there is more to this killer than one would assume. Now, how does she use her wits to try to escape while still reporting on more gruesome murders that she witnesses from a room he made expressly for her, a Glass Room?
