About the Author

Helen Burrow (1934-2022) was born and raised in Arkansas, relocating to southeast Texas in 1972. She had three daughters, seven grandchildren, and a multitude of great- and great-great- grandchildren. She felt compelled to complete this book, as though the words were being dictated to her.
