Super Force Rehab Hospital: Turning Disabled Veterans into Superheroes is a book about Veterans who have become amputees because of war, but eventually get to go to a secret military hospital. Once there they combine incredible surgeons with scientists who use advanced technology to create powerful prosthetics that turn the veterans into superheroes. They eventually adopt nicknames like Waspman, Anna Conda, and Joey the Mantis along with a host of others. They start out in the military, but eventually combine with the nearby police force because of all the crime going on in the city.

About the Author

James Boland has always been passionate about drawing, painting, and making clay projects. He often found himself wrapped up in an array of art projects as a child and went on to earn his BSED in art education at Missouri State University in 1983. Boland then went on to earn his MED in School Counseling in 1990. Boland has since retired from his career in counseling and teaching and now he is ready to begin his journey as a novelist. Super Force Rehab Hospital: Turning Disabled Veterans into Superheroes is inspired by his father, who served in World War II and the Korean War, and also his son who is currently serving.
