Susan Meyer lives in a thriving coastal town in North Carolina, where she is actively involved in her community. She supports a local service center dedicated to assisting individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness. She enjoys traveling internationally to explore diverse cultures and spends her free time kayaking, working out, creating art, and participating in juried exhibitions. Susan also writes prose stories for children ages three to ten years old.
She holds a master’s degree in health science and a master’s degree in therapeutic counseling. Her professional background includes managing a homeless shelter, volunteering at a domestic violence center, and advocating for marginalized populations across various communities. Susan’s daughter lives nearby and occasionally travels with her, while her son and his wife reside in Virginia.
