This is a story about a recurring, fictional twenty-year-old dream that is still living in time. However, there are a few narrative paragraphs within the book that are true statements. 

Sometimes these fictional dreams seem so real… These dreams remind me of a wheel that keeps turning over and over with no end in sight. 

I hope that those who read or learn of this book can picture in their minds what I dream of, and hope that one day it will come true for all mankind. 

I also hope to plant seeds in the minds of mankind that will mature and grow to produce cities in this world like my Rockerway City.
