NIGHT of the TIGER is a fictional novel with historical overtones centered mostly around the post-Vietnam War Era and the Reagan Administration from the end of Carter’s term in office. It deals with the early drug smuggling of heroin from China and North Vietnam with the backing of the Chinese Mafia known today as TRIAD and the CIA. The murders of three US military personnel in a snipping incident outside of Washington, DC, and early investigations by two former Marine officers and NCIS agents, Ron Edmonds and CHarles Williamson, opened a world of treasonous behavior on behalf of the CIA, their operatives in Hanoi and Saigon, and their plan to use experimental drugs on American society. The action runs between Edmonds and Williamson taking on a personal tone as the story progresses.
