Living in our very waters is a non-binary merperson named Maree. Each day she cleans and beautifies her ocean home of the litter and debris. Yet, one day, the trash begins to fight back, and Maree learns of the detrimental effect of humans on her home, then those humans who are willing to help.
Maree is a beautiful, poetic tale accompanied by dazzling artwork of preserving our waters, reminding all of us to see the beauty in preserving our one and only planet.
