I Did it My Way is about author Richard Cuneo growing up in Brooklyn in the forties. From nine to eighteen his whole life was centered around baseball. This all changed with going to the Naval Academy and flying jets in the air force. After leaving the service, his father got him a job at a shipping company. Cuneo moved the first container out of the US to another country. He saw the potential and started a container leasing company. When that was running, trucking came into his life.

This is the story of the book, over twelve successful ventures over sixty years of Cuneo’s life. All listening to what his gut was telling him to do.
