Aging my Way, Reaching for Bliss

I just received this book a few days ago but have already read half of it and have thoroughly enjoyed it so far. While maybe not earth shaking in its message, it puts to pen things we either know or should know but probably haven't thought about in the scheme of things the way the author presents them. It has inspired me to continue a document I began several years ago and have left hanging but now intend to complete for my heirs to have which I hope will give them some thoughts I have for them and will invite them to write of their lives for their offspring as well. This book is well worth acquiring and reading.
