A Book for our Times!!!

A timely outlook on our modern and historical times, both politically, and socially. A clear, concise, easily understood commentary on our socialization experience with effective strategies to promote thinking for oneself.

A must read!

An easy and informative read. We have all in some way been shaped by information and events much greater than ourselves and our own unique experiences. This book serves as a guide for introspection and ways to welcome, challenge, and learn about our own ideas in an ever changing and complex world. As a clinician, and simply a human being navigating the idea of self-actualization, this is a must read!
