Rules Of Engagement/Synergy's Rules Of Engagement
Rules of Engagement/Synergys Rules of Engagement explores the martial arts strategies involved in hand-to-hand combat tactics. Drawing on the authors years of experience and training, this unique text is designed to provide readers with a strong and viable foundation of ideas to work with as they continue to train for increasingly effective self-defense and competition. Shaw has developed a detailed theory of synergy that emphasizes the relationships between motion and movements and explores the uses of positioning, balance, and control. With detail and clarity, he describes training exercises and techniques designed to further the mastery of both understanding and practice, and the committed student of the martial arts is certain to see the benefits of the instruction put forth in Rules of Engagement/Synergys Rules of Engagement.
