Leonard Hamm is currently the chief of police/director of public safety of Coppin State University, as well as adjutant professor of criminal justice Coppin State University. He was formerly Baltimore police commissioner, chief of police of Baltimore Public School System, and chief of police/director of public safety for Morgan State University.
