Patricia describes all the steps other women and men her age should take in order to care for a loved one properly, particularly an elderly mother or father. Many different aspects of elderly life are covered, including exercising, outer appearances, vacations, and normal day-to-day adventures. She hopes that by being exposed to her experiences, her readers might extract some helpful advice when it comes to caring for their loved ones.

About the Author

Patricia Lynn Kitzmann is from Southern California. She is a retired cosmetology and kindergarten teacher. She is a widow and has two children: Christopher and Jennifer. Patricia has been a member of the Catholic Daughters of America since 2001 and a member of the Womens Choir VVC from 2003 to 2005. This is her first published book.
