Just Bills spirituality touched abortion, the most poignant concern hovering over America. As he was faced with a different visage of evil, he felt in his heart his duty to save all of mankind, especially the unborn, through his devotion in sharing his divine experience.

William Alpheus Waters lives at Galveston, Texas, where he spends his retirement. He prays to his Lord and Savior.

William graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, and worked all of his life in the oil industry or petroleum industry. His future is working for God Almighty.
