The Growing Spirit is a metamorphosis of change throughout our lifetime personified in a cocoon's eyes. A journey to be taken as a tiny web of thread, her cocoon,  stuck upon an apple tree branch. As she ponders life and all of the growing things around her; she feels taken by the wonders and sights of life flourishing and changing all around. Yet, because she sees no change within her “cocoon”, as a soul protecting the spirit, she feels her life stagnated. The journey throughout the book exemplifies how judgements over others or judgements within our own self. The emotional roller coasters as we grow inside our body and soul are created through her cocoon. There is a giant Growing Spirit within us All. God bless, and listen to the quiet voice of reasoning. To feel is to deal and heal upon the Eternal Grace of God.

About the Author

Born in Fullerton, California, moving then to Herndon Va, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and having family scattered from New England to the Carolinas; I am well traveled and highly adaptive. Certified in education as an Art Historian, Art Educator and Artist, I have been learning for decades. The love of music, nature, oceans and warm sunshine as the gardens in my life grow, are everlasting. A volunteer in Hospice and Homeless, I spread my care and faith to all. I am a creature of creation and imagination. I hold deep faith in God and must give these gifts of exploration of spirit, faith, storytelling and reflection to all who yearn for growing in love and trust. Being married, and having three children, as a mother since 1999, I had patience yesterday. From ducks to dogs and cats, chinchillas, hamsters, fish what more? The passion to have animals in my life to listen and learn from them in order to create these books are bountiful blessings I honor daily.

Enjoy, God bless..Parsippany Bea

About the Illustrator

I have always loved reading above all other things one could enjoy. I listen to audiobooks while drawing, painting, sewing, quilting and crafting. Creative thinking and learning how to play piano while creating illustrations helps relax my mind. My favorite projects are those I am working on at the moment in time. I studied Commercial Art at the Institute of Pittsburgh. Creating many multi-faceted projects gives me a constant ability to change as I continue life's path. They all give me joy and wonder, as I find my way exploring through a variety of fiber arts or visual arts. By adding colors and creating images, I find myself analyzing each step of the process and finding a new way or different style each time a piece is made. I live in Pennsylvania with my loving husband Joe. I also have one daughter. Our daughter Amanda is a blessing to our family.
