The Judicial Course of the Protected Statement is a glimpse into the judicial world through the experiences of one pro se. The statements the author Talin Tasciyan put into her yearly evaluation form, unbeknownst to her the protected statement makes its rounds through the EEOC and the court system all the way to the Supreme Court in the wake of what she feels a very unfair dismissal. With little personal commentary and simply by way of submitted documents its an educational account of how the judicial system works.

About the Author

Talin Tasciyan, a naturalized U.S. citizen, holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
