Judge: The Angel Dog of Happiness is the delightful story of an orphaned teenage girl named Mya who creates a surrogate family for herself from a ragtag group of animals. About the Author
A native of Chicago, author Ellen Catherine Lowe is now based in Tucson, Arizona. She holds a masters degree in creative writing and says this book was inspired by her own dog.
