Dear Deer Mouse
A couple retires to the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania to enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna of nature when one day, a deer mouse, which is a tiny creature, finds itself in the couples home. Since they despise using mousetraps or poison, they are at a loss what to do. A thought of evoking the Patron Saint of Animals, Saint Francis, comes to their minds. About the Author
Ruth E. Weber was born in New Jersey, but she currently resides in Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania. She has an AB degree from Chestnut Hill College in Pennsylvania. She is a retired teacher, dancing teacher, and school librarian, having taught in Middletown, Freehold, and Ocean Township, New Jersey. She has five children: Richard, Ronald, Roger, Rosemary, and Ruthann. Ruth was a member of the Teachers Association, PTA, the Library Association, Lionettes, and Dance Masters of America. She also enjoys reading, swimming, dancing, needlework, and cooking. This is her first published book.
