SICK

As painful as this is to read, imaging someone living through it is the stuff of nightmares. A cautionary tale for all.

Fascinating

This book was a startling reminder of how we unconditionally trust the medical profession to take care and precautions when we put our lives in their hands. However, the reality of what can happen when those we trust, let us down and disregard their oath and pledge to "do no harm." Very insightful and a page-turner for sure!

Sick

An intense, first-person narrative of a harrowing experience. Engaging,
infuriating and inspiring tale of medical malpractice and medical heroism and personal bravery and perseverance.
