Dr. Jason Williams and Dr. Alfred Jarman, two scientists from Techna Labs, Inc., have just been murdered.

A detective, Miss Kelly Morgan, arrives at the scene. Stumbling upon information that could prove key to the investigation, Kelly promptly finds herself in the thick of the fight against the sinister group responsible for killing the two scientists.
