It focuses on the people, physical plant, and spiritual life of the parish. Volume 1, in German, celebrated the 50th Anniversary (1856-1906). Volume 2, in English, marked the 100th Anniversary (1856-1956) and included material from Volume 1.
About the Author
Fr. Richard W. Shoda is a Roman Catholic priest for the Diocese of Wheeling Charleston. He compiled this volume so that the more recent history of the parish would not be lost.
