Stephen L.D. Smith wrote Law Enforcement through a Pigs Eye to show the importance of humor in surviving a high-stress job like being a cop. He now works as a private investigator in Penn Valley, California. He has two daughters from his first marriage. In his free time, he enjoys flying, ocean game fishing, and target shooting.
