About the Author
Betty Williams is a retired Louisiana elementary school teacher who taught in the public school system until 2005 when Hurricane Katrina struck the gulf coast. Before the hurricane, she also taught Bible school and prepared students for First Communion and Confirmation.
Williams hopes that, through learning about her own trials, readers will put trust in God to restore the losses in their lives and recognize He knows what is best in every situation. A current resident of Spring, Texas, Williams plans to return home to Louisiana in the near future.
