Transforming Sand
With her intimate and evocative words in a collection of style, M.D. Sweetie-Kin paints a watercolor portrait of her life and her experiences, inviting us to take a peek into her world through her words. Demanding our understanding yet refusing to beg our indulgence, Sweetie-Kin does not just remark on her own life, but lyrically comments on societal changes and the results both good and bad of the events she has witnessed. Wondering aloud at her experiences, she nonetheless appreciates the people and events in her life, for it is through these she truly comes alive, and it is this life she so poetically shares with us. Descriptive, colorful, and dramatic, M.D. Sweetie-Kin paints the canvas of her life in front of our very eyes with her creative and heartfelt words and her stylistically diverse approach.
