About the Book

Shane the Shamrock wants to become a four leaf clover because he thinks that it will help him bring luck to help people. In the forest, he meets many plants and insects who try to help him find his luck. Will flying help? Will wrapping himself in rose petals? Will a butterflys cocoon? Cynthia Hutchinson lives near Mt. Lassen, California. She lives with her husband and her dog, Bee, and has two grown children. Originally a teacher, she is now retired and writes childrens books. Shane the Shamrock is the first book of her series.
