It seems the real meaning of Christmas is sometimes forgotten and instead replaced with thoughts of expensive gifts and other material possessions. But we must always remember Christmas is a gift from God, and there are many ways we can spread and share Gods love. You dont have to have a lot of money to give something to someoneyou can make a sad person a card, you can make cookies or candy, or you can even invite someone over to your house for Christmas dinner if they have no family of their own. The most important thing to remember is to be thankful to God for all he has done for us and remember that Christmas is a gift.

Patricia S. Neill is a native of Fort Pierce, Florida. She is a member of the First Baptist Church choir and sang solos for about four years. She enjoys swimming and cooking, especially for her family. Ms. Neill is also a member of the Lions Club.
