About the Author

For two decades, Lara Burnsides career as a leader and leadership coach has allowed her to fulfill her devotion to helping people achieve their true potential personally and professionally.

Lara loves challenging herself and spends a great deal of time trying new things. She is learning to surf and to practice yoga in order to achieve the balance she desires in her life. She loves the beach and feels most at peace there.

Lara earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL. Lara was recognized as one of 40 up and coming business leaders in Pensacola, FL and has received two recognitions from the state of Florida for her work in educating business leaders on successfully working with people with disabilities.
