Jef Urquhart is a Senior Survey Engineer working world-wide. He is a native of Edinburgh Scotland. He is a Batchelor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has been an Incorporated Engineer for over 14 years. Plus an Engineer for 38 years. He was amember of the IIE, IEE and IET for over 22 years. His main love is Singing!!
