The book examines the implication of staff productivity in an organization, especially in the Nigerian workplace, and the issues involved in the designing and promoting of such programs. The result has provided a conceptual framework upon which motivational programs in the Nigerian workplace are based, as well as the type of activities and skills that are involved. The rationale is on such programs that will help employees deal with personal problems that might affect their productivity. The book covers the fundamentals rudiment of the employee motivational process and the appropriate steps needed to successfully implement the findings.

This book also addresses the values and culture of the Nigerianazation norms that may affect the success of implementation of the solution suggested in this book.

About the Author

Engr. Eur Ing. Dr. Robinson Ehiorobo is one of the directors and activists of Havilahtrend Engineering Consult and Construction Limited. He can be described as aficionado and a tycoon in the field of Electrical Engineering. He has been an experienced application engineering partisan for the past thirty years in electrical engineering, utilization, protective relaying systems, and renewable energy. His industrial experience began in electrical installations in 1977 in Benin City, Edo state, Nigeria.

Ehiorobo has a parallel first degree in Electrical Engineering from UK, having obtained the Graduate-ship award of City and Guilds. Additionally, he has a postgraduate diploma and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Calabar, Nigeria, and an MSc degree (Cpd) in Electrical Power System from the University of Bath UK. Similarly he has obtained a certificate of Competence from Aston University, UK. Ehiorobo has been lumbered or endorsed with two parallel Ph.D. degrees: one in general management from St. Clement University, UK, and the latter from Atlantic International University, USA, on Renewable Energy.
