About the Author
Vannetta Groeteke resides in the beautiful Ozarks' region of southern Missouri with her husband. She has two grown boys who have blessed her with 6 precious granddaughters. She has fished competitively around the nation in tournaments for several years. She shares her love of the sport by conducting seminars that teach women and children the basics of fishing. Groeteke also enjoys playing golf, fishing and boating, going on nature walks, and spending time with her family and friends.

Vannetta Groeteke I receive your book today. OMG you did a wonderful job writing this book. I bought this book because my son and his grandpa fished all the time. Greg passed away in 2018 from cancer and it reminded me of him and his grandpa so much. That’s why I had to have it. They to visited Table Rock a lot. Thank you again and God bless you dear. ❤️

The mail is fast. Received my books this afternoon. Read the story and it took me back to those good ole days. My dad and I fished the St Francois river and Clearwater Lake. Got a little water in my eyes thinking about that. My grandkids are young but I know they will love this book. Good luck with your book.

This is such a great little book for children and adults alike. I really enjoyed it! I enjoyed the great outdoors and reading such sweet memories of a little girl and her grandpa sharing his love of fishing with his granddaughter, the great outdoors and sharing that passion with others is just the sweetest! I Highly recommend this book!!

What wonderful memories of a child and her grandpa! One of the sweetest and nicest books I have ever read! But the best surprise was to find out the author has donated all proceeds to an organization that help special need children and veterans have the opportunity to enjoy the sport of fishing! Great job!

My husband and I finally got the chance to read this book to our youngest tonight. It was a great story. We took turns reading it to her. It brought back so many great memories of fishing with my grandpa growing up. I will cherish those memories forever. Until I can fish with him again!

I received your book kiddo. I’m not ashamed to tell you as I read through it I honestly had tears a flowing, it really struck something inside. Thanks for putting this out there, I honestly believe anyone who reads this will have a flashback to those great memories when fishing truly was just a magical time in their lives. Thank you
