Lorraine Ophelia Smith has been a communication specialist with an engineering consultant firm for the past twenty years. She previously worked several years as a creative services administrator for the NBC affiliate in Boston, Massachusetts. She is originally from Sumter, South Carolina, and a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University, majoring in communication arts. She enjoys reading romance novels, traveling, cooking, and entertaining her family and friends. Smith has a son, Joshua, and lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

    Such an inspirational and moving read! You’ll be impressed by the heroine’s strength and courage exhibited while facing a multitude of adversities; during childhood, through adolescence, and finally as a grown woman. If you’re “still searching” for your next book, stop now and pick up a copy!
