About the Author:
Laurie Krueger originally from Blue Island IL, hadn’t seen the ocean until her early thirties when a job offer brought her to Malibu, CA. An instant connection with the ocean inspired her with creative explosions of characters and stories of and about the underwater world. Her fond memories of the Flintstones and its cleverness were transformed into a realistic fantasy world based upon the sea creatures and their environment. Her desire is to educate children about the ocean and its creatures in a way that will not only delight but will entertain them as well. This all inspired the book Shark Boys!
