About the Author:

Carlos E. Blum is a native of West Virginia and currently resides in Kentucky. When he first created Mr., Bub and Arnold, thirty years ago, he notes that childrens books were all about teddy bears and fuzzy animals, not bugs. In addition to his material for a younger audience, Mr. Blum has also published political cartoons.
