About the Author

Victoria B. Haney has over 25 years of experience in Project Management, Business Process Improvement, and Applications Development with leading organizations in various industries, including government, law enforcement, communications, financial services, and manufacturing. During her career Ms. Haney has been responsible for developing information and operational systems as well as helping clients define, document, and improve business processes to enable organizations to use their information systems more effectively.

As a skilled facilitator she has worked with companies on business process improvements and reengineering projects; strategic planning; feasibility studies; cost/benefit analysis; requirements development; and project management.  She has developed and led courses in Project Management, Business Analysis, Facilitation, and Emotional Intelligence.

Ms. Haney has a master’s degree in international business administration, is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, a veteran of the US Navy, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), and a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®).
