About the Author
L.D. Miranda was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and her first language is Spanish. She currently works as a critical care nurse at a community hospital in Massachusetts, actively caring for the sickest patients there. As a critical care nurse, Miranda often cares for battered women who enter the unit after suffering abuse by a man and are too afraid to report it. She is actively working towards a degree to become a nurse practitioner and hopes to one day work as a critical care provider rather than a bedside nurse.
Besides writing, Miranda enjoys singing and playing both the piano and guitar. She resides in Boston with her boyfriend of 12 years and her beautiful, 5-year-old daughter.

Amazing
I love everything about this book. Everything about it is interesting and I’m very locked in. A lot of books I’ve read have the same storyline to the point where it’s not interesting, but this book keeps you into it the entire time. One of the best I’ve read so far. A few grammar errors, but very unnoticeable. Other than that, this book is perfect.

Love love love love love every single moment.... It keeps you on edge, keeping writing honey, I'm eating my pint of icecream can't take my eyes away.
Riveting, suspenseful romance!
Both main characters supply readers with such passion, heat and violence, that by the time you reach the end you are begging for more. This author took the time to appeal to readers on more than just a list driven level, giving the satisfaction of an intense plot that has you excited for the next page.

I absolutely loved this story. The plot was good because it was not your typical mafia love story it was very intriguing. The entire time I was reading I was in suspense. I can't wait to read the sequel to this book. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who likes steamy romance.

First of all let me start by saying sorry for not comment on the story is just the book was going soo good i did not want to stop soo i will say it was great can wait till the book 2 is completed soo i can read because if i start and the book ent completed i might lose my mind soo i will wait till it finish what i like about u is that u did not have cal all scared she was badass and most story that i read the girl always not stand up for herself it always the boy to come and help sooo it took me by surprised i have to say soo anyway amazing story this was a great book no i am wrong this was the best book i have ever read in my life and that saying something
