Aberdeen
by Max Green How would you put your life back together after it had changed from circumstances beyond your control? John Bannerman spent five years of his young life in Goulburn Prison after being jailed for a murder he didnt commit. After he was exonerated by the real murderer, who confessed to the crime on his deathbed, John had to begin the long process of claiming his life back again. Penniless, since his father had disinherited him, John began traveling from town to town, working on sheep stations in order to make his living. His wandering ended, finally, when he reached Aberdeen, the sheep station of Richard Luscomb and his daughter Alice. Aberdeen would change his life, as the people would influence him as well.
